For more than 45 years Ron Robinson has traveled the world turning around businesses. He earned a BS degree, Industrial Relations from UNC Chapel Hill. He is certified and experienced in Leadership Development, Toyota Work Groups, Lean Manufacturing, Competitive Strategy development and has spoken to groups as large as 3,000.


His most recent book, Practices of Resilient Companies, offers business practices using compassion, collaboration and knowledge. Service leaders using these concepts build resilient companies with a strategy to strengthen their financials in response to political actions, create efficient operations in response to climate disasters, develop employees in response to social complexity and delight customers in response to out-of-control social media and AI.
