A Lunch & Learn featuring Kit Roberts, Director of Recovery Friendly Workplace Programs with WCI, Inc., helping employers across WNC adopt Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) practices. 

RFW is a smart business decision—it strengthens recruitment and retention, improves morale and productivity, and signals a supportive culture that today’s workforce values. 

A turnkey session covering: 

1. What “Recovery Friendly” means (and what it’s not) 

2. How to become officially designated as a “Recovery Friendly NC” workplace 

3. What are the intended outcomes of the partnership with the Southwestern Commission 

*There are no costs associated with the training and implementation of the Recovery Friendly Workplace program. Lunch is provided by WCI
