Showing Up for Yourself: Simple Tools for Energy and Balance

Self-care is often seen as a luxury—something many of us don’t have time for. This session takes a different approach.

We’ll have an open conversation about energy, stress, and the small daily choices that shape how we show up in our lives. You’ll explore a practical tool designed to support real life—without perfection, pressure, or guilt.

This session is for women who are tired of feeling run down and want simple, realistic ways to care for themselves. It’s especially helpful for women balancing work, leadership, or other responsibilities where burnout is often normalized.

You’ll leave with one clear, doable step—so you can start feeling more energized, focused, and in control, handling stress with less overwhelm while showing up for yourself and others in a sustainable way.

Stacy Antos is a certified health coach who helps women build simple, sustainable routines to support energy, health, and focus. She developed her self-care toolkit to guide women in discovering practical ways to show up for themselves, with realistic choices that fit everyday life. When she’s not coaching, Stacy enjoys being outdoors, working out with FiA Waynesville, leading weekly wellness walks at the lake, and volunteering with local nonprofits, including Misfit Mountain.

In a world that glorifies burnout, self-care is an act of rebellion. Showing up is the bravest move you'll make.
