The Haywood Chamber is proud to spotlight two dynamic REALTORS®— Lucy Cichon and Lisa Johnson as the hosts of this upcoming Women in Business Empower Hour. Both women bring deep expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and a shared commitment to exceptional client care in Western North Carolina.

Lucy Cichon represents the Haywood Chamber and Howard Hanna Beverly‑Hanks Real Estate with a combination of professional expertise and genuine care. A former senior‑care business owner, she brings a strong service mindset to her work and is backed by the resources of the largest family‑owned brokerage in the nation. As both a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Lucy specializes in guiding near‑retirees and retirees through rightsizing and long‑term livability decisions with clarity and compassion. Since relocating from Pittsburgh in 2021, she has embraced mountain living wholeheartedly and uses her own relocation experience to help clients feel welcomed, supported, and excited about building a life in Western North Carolina. 

Lisa Johnson brings more than 20 years of sales and service experience, including owning a successful skincare boutique in Florida, where she developed her signature approach to personalized, detail‑driven client care. With deep roots in real estate through both family and personal experience, she offers strong negotiation skills, strategic market insight, and a talent for staging homes to attract top offers. Her award‑winning work in education, sales, and community service reflects her commitment to excellence, and her passion for giving back extends to organizations like Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, and the Humane Society. Lisa’s blend of expertise, determination, and heart makes every client’s real estate journey both seamless and memorable.
