Lucy's career has primarily focused on leading, coaching, and caring for others. She started her career in healthcare working in respiratory therapy and pulmonary sleep medicine for a university hospital as well as a medical device manufacturer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  

Next, she transitioned to entrepreneurship as a business owner and CEO of two in-home senior care franchises for nearly 17 years. She employed hundreds of caregivers to provide non-medical services that included home management, everyday tasks, local transportation, hands-on personal care, activities of daily living support as well as companionship for older and disabled adults in their homes.  

Lucy also has experience as a travel advisor creating, planning, and booking domestic and international itineraries for individuals and groups.

Her experience and expertise will prove invaluable to her clients who will benefit from her own skills but also from leading her team members to provide exceptional services.
