The Haywood County Arts Council's mission is to promote artists, art education, and innovation in art. 

Gallery 164 features art and craft artists at all career levels. The curated works of art will enhance your home and your life, from paintings to ceramics to glass and metals.  We focus on Southeastern artists and those whom the rich artistic communities of Western North Carolina have influenced.
