Since opening its doors in 2022, Grateful Table has become a beloved gathering place in Haywood County — a space created to bring people together around good food, celebrate local makers, and strengthen community connections. First envisioned and nurtured by Jeanne and Greg, the business continues to grow and thrive under the thoughtful leadership of its new owner, Heather Barber.

Heather took ownership of Grateful Table in February 2025, and she has embraced the opportunity to carry forward the welcoming, community‑minded spirit that has defined the business from the beginning. In her time at the helm, she has enjoyed getting to know loyal regulars, meeting new customers, and expanding the retail offerings with even more locally made goods.

We’re proud to welcome Grateful Table — and Heather — as valued members of the Haywood Chamber. Their commitment to community, creativity, and local collaboration reflects the very best of Haywood County.
