Join us as we celebrate one of Waynesville’s newest small businesses—and a charming new haven for book lovers. The Haywood Chamber of Commerce is delighted to host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Dimension of Books, an independent used bookstore created and curated by local book enthusiast Doug.

Dimension of Books is one of Waynesville’s standout independent businesses—a welcoming used bookstore built on curiosity, discovery, and community. Their shelves offer everything from affordable modern reads to vintage, antiquarian, and collectible titles, with especially strong selections in literature, science fiction, fantasy, history, spirituality, and the esoteric. Every book is hand‑selected and thoughtfully priced with readers and collectors in mind.

More than a bookstore, Dimension of Books serves as a true third space for locals and visitors to gather, explore ideas, and connect. They proudly feature regional art, crafts, and unique goods, and regularly host community‑focused events that enrich Waynesville’s creative culture.
