Join us to listen to Sara Vogel, born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu and then went to college at University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, where she majored in international relations. She later received a Master’s of College Counseling from N.C. State and a Ph.D. in educational leadership from UC San Diego. In 2024, Vogel earned a Fulbright Scholarship to work in British Columbia with Vancouver Island University’s Women’s Studies Department to create a curriculum on sexual violence prevention through comprehensive sexual education. During that time, Vogel gave a Ted Talk on her area of expertise.
