There is more to a healthy, functional pelvic floor than just your PF! This class will take a global perspective (how breath, "core", how you stand, sit and move, even diet and hormones) all affect functional movement for less pain and stress for a happier, healthier pelvic floor.
Class is presented by Kristin Jackson, Somatic Educator, Personal Trainer, Menopause Coach and founder of Think Somatics. Class will be done seated, standing and lying on the floor.
Please bring a mat or blanket if you have one.
