Self-Defense for Women (R.A.D.)

Description

The Waynesville Police Department, NC is partnering with REACH of Haywood County Inc. to offer a R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) self-defense course for women this April. This four-session program focuses on awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance, while helping participants build the skills and confidence to protect themselves.

This is a 4-session class and you must attend all sessions for R.A.D certification.

April 7th - 5:30 - 8:30 PM
