Mountain Projects, Inc., a community action agency. Changing people's lives embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes Haywood and Jackson Counties better places in which to live. 

Mountain Projects is a Human Services Agency focused on independence and self-sufficiency for all ages. We operate over 40 grants to assist with meeting Community needs. Programs include Head Start, Housing, homeownership services, senior programs, transportation, and many more.
