Join us for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting celebration for Ben's Backdraft BBQ! In 2021 Ben and Bayley decided to venture into the food truck world. They started as a side business and have quickly expanded into a full-time food truck. Ben is a firefighter and Bayley is a nurse. Baby Hayes is their pitmaster in the making! They love providing quality food to Western NC and Eastern TN.

Join in on the celebration, as you watch live cooking, taste their delicious BBQ and support this thriving new business in Waynesville. There will be live Blue Grass music, beverage, delicious desserts, and of course BBQ! 

Small tastes will be provided but if you want the full experience, register for the $15 plate piled high of the best BBQ meat in Haywood County! (Pay at the Event)
