Haywood Pathways - Parker Chatham, Executive Director

Parker Chatham-Wolter is the Executive Director of the Haywood Pathways Center in Western North Carolina, a role he began in July 2025. He brings experience in supportive housing and community service to the organization, which provides shelter, food, and rehabilitation services. At 25 years old upon hiring, he was noted for his, charisma, and focus on staff relationships and community partnerships.  

Haywood Pathways Center (HPC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Waynesville, NC, providing emergency and transitional housing for individuals and families in Haywood County. 

Founded in 2014, Haywood Pathways offers a structured environment for those in crisis, including hot meals, case management, and support to overcome addiction and homelessness.
