The Exchange, hosted by Root & Rise, Waynesville’s newest community co-working and gathering space.

Root & Rise opened its doors in late 2025 with a mission to inclusively support local entrepreneurs, remote workers, artists, and neighbors by offering flexible workspace, community resources, and a welcoming environment for all. Their team is excited to share how this new space is contributing to Waynesville’s growing creative and small‑business landscape.

About The Exchange: A Chamber Member Networking Series

The Exchange is an exclusive, members-only networking series designed to spotlight local businesses and foster meaningful connections within our Chamber community. Each month, one member hosts a casual gathering where fellow merchants and business owners come together to share ideas, build relationships, and celebrate what makes our local economy thrive.

Hosting is a fantastic way to:

• Showcase your space and services
• Connect with fellow Chamber members
• Highlight what makes your business unique

Events are held on the third Thursday of each month, either in the morning or late afternoon—whichever suits your schedule. Just provide light refreshments, and we’ll take care of the rest by inviting the crowd and promoting your spotlight.
