Jillian Adams

Jillian has spent 25 years in HR leadership, from startups to Fortune 25 brands like Coca-Cola, shaping cultures and redefining employee experiences. As CEO of Perceptivity, she provides fractional HR and IT support, business coaching, and development. Her work focuses on scalable People functions, root-cause problem-solving, and enhancing emotional intelligence in decision-making. Beyond work, Jillian leads Hoot and Holler, a nonprofit supporting WNC artists and service workers, coaches with Mountain BizWorks, performs and choreographs regionally, practices alternative healing, explores the mountains, and serves as Board President of HART theater.

The Enneagram Types
