  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and crews—run weekly trade meetings, preinstall coordination, and manage execution in the field.

  • Lead QC efforts continuously, not just at project closeout.

Client & Team Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, inspectors, and consultants—professional, polished, and reliable.

  • Build strong relationships with trades and internal teams—earn trust through action and respect.

  • Ensure clients can walk the site confidently, even if you're the only one there—you represent the team.

Closeout & Reputation

  • Own the perceptionfirm but fair, professional but assertive.

Soft Skills & Traits:

  • Extreme Ownership – You’re accountable for everything on your project.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and inspections.

  • Expert in managing schedules and lookaheads (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
