Production Operator
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts 4 days on 4 days off rotation
Pay Rate: $20/hr

Help us Grow a Local Manufacturing Company, and become their newest Team member as a Production Operator!

A global manufacturer in Candler is seeking 2 motivated individuals to join their production team. As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the daily operations of the production line run smoothly, producing high-quality products in a safe environment while achieving performance goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspect equipment for replacements, malfunctions, and necessary repairs, and recommend improvements.
Assist with production line changeovers, including setting up equipment and ensuring product recipe compliance.
Monitor process parameters to ensure quality standards are met.
Bring samples to the lab and report any quality issues with raw materials or finished goods.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment or process issues.
Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Occasionally attend training classes to enhance your skills.
Handle unexpected tasks with a proactive, can-do attitude.

What We’re Looking For:
GED or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform minor equipment maintenance.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
