He is certified and experienced in Leadership Development, Toyota Work Groups, Lean Manufacturing, Competitive Strategy development and has spoken to groups as large as 3,000.

His most recent book, Practices of Resilient Companies, offers business practices using compassion, collaboration and knowledge.
