4:00 – 7:00 p.m. ** Ribbon Cutting at 4:00

What to Expect

Join us as we kick off another exciting season of the Mill Town Farmer’s Market, celebrating our local growers, makers, and community spirit.

4:00 PM — Ribbon Cutting

We’ll begin with an official ribbon cutting hosted by the Haywood County Chamber of Commerce, marking the opening of this year’s market.

4:00–7:00 PM — Market Festivities

Enjoy an evening filled with:

• Local Vendors offering fresh produce, handmade goods, and artisan products
• Petting Goats for family-friendly fun
• Live Music by FANCY
• Food Trucks including Fat Belly’s Savory Food Truck and KK’s Shiver Shack
• Meet‑and‑Greets with your local farmers and artisans
• Kids’ Activities like bubbles, chalk, and yard games

The Mill Town Farmer’s Market team will be announcing their full vendor lineup—and introducing their 2026 vendors—soon through their newsletter and social media channels.

Additional Details

• Free Parking is available for all attendees.
• Food trucks will be located on Park Street due to Sorrells Street remaining open this year. 
• We encourage you to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and your appetite for an evening of food, fun, and music.

This beloved community market is a nonprofit, seasonal gathering place that highlights the best of Haywood County’s local agriculture, artisans, and small businesses. Operating weekly on Thursdays from May through October, the market brings together farmers, makers, musicians, families, and neighbors in a vibrant, welcoming setting.

We invite the community to come out, enjoy the festivities, meet local vendors, and help us officially kick off another exciting season. The ribbon cutting will take place during the opening event, and all are welcome to attend.
